My musical interests are broad, but I feel I’ve hardly scratched the surface of this immense field. I’m a composer, performer, teacher and music therapist and my main instruments are viola da gamba, crwth and Baroque and modern cello. My great love is to see how music touches and connects us;  the wonder on the face of a six month old baby,  the pleasure of improvising with someone with whom I share no language,  an audience moved to tears by a beautiful melody.
